Restaurants are often the simplest way to find world culture in your neighborhood, and Cuba Cuba did an excellent job of giving me a taste of the island nation. This restaurant is Cubana owned, with six locations across Colorado. The atmosphere, the music, and the food were all phenomenal, and the empanadas were worth writing home about. Some of the locations offer salsa dancing on select evenings. The ambiance was so fun and immersive, and I will definitely be going back.
